TERMS OF USE

• The pool is for the exclusive use of guests of Carmo Country Villas.) 
• The depth of the pool is 1.50m and is constant throughout its length. 
• The pool is not guarded. Take special care of children.
• Children under 16 years of age are not permitted except when accompanied by parents or a responsible adult. 
• Proper footwear should be used in the pool area to prevent falls. 
• For the comfort and safety of all guests, it is forbidden to jump, climb or dive into the pool, as well as running or jumping in the surrounding area. 
• We advise you to not disturb the peace and quiet, in order not to bother other guests.
• Carmo Country Villas is not responsible for any accident or injury caused by improper use of the facilities and/ or equipment.
